This man , Matt sat with me for over an hour I was stranded on the side of the road with a seized engine No help in sight with my little dog in the cold. He offered assistance by allowing us to warm up . I was at my lowest an scared He secured us a tow truck to get us home safely. I am in tears writing this because I was so scared . He's an honest , reliable,kind and generous man . I will be using his service in the future. He literally secured a new loyal customer. I cannot be more grateful for his assistance after I was stranded for over 7 hours .. I called 5 tow trucks and all drivers were not coming an just fooling around . I had an amazing experience with Matt from Just Fix It auto center. He was incredibly professional and get this actually AFFORDABLE!!!!!! He explained everything to me and what was needed in order to saftey my car. It is rare to find someone as honest and who actually cares for their customers. I was so lucky to have crossed paths with him. let's just say I was at another shop and they wanted so much more and ding me for things that were not needed.. money hungry. These guys are like the dad from Matilda, and I'm like Miss Trunchbull, stuck with her car like.."Sell me a lemon!?!". 0/10 highly do not recommend. I wouldn't have even clicked 1 star if it allowed me to post without clicking on it. This mechanic is rude, highly unprofessional and only in it for the profit, not for your best interest or the safety your vehicle(s). Mine never should have passed the safety, (but at the "time of safety" everything was good right?) and they did not want to see my car again, as they know they messed up! But I am a true believer of karma, you can't do wrong, and it not come back to you, it's only in due time. Potential customers beware!
